Kim Burks is a "shining star(5) in the realm of real estate", as far as my husband, Larry and I are concerned! For weeks, every house that we pursued was "Sold" within hours of our locating it. This became a joke to the people in the office where Kim works. She was not to be deterred, however, saying more than once to us that "this was just not the house for us." We finally found a house, however. It did not, at first look, seem to be the right house. But, it had such "good bones" that we put in an offer.
